Bloomfield’s Thomas Hooker Brewery continues to host its “Friday Open House” events on the first and third Friday of each month. The events give brew fans an opportunity to tour, taste and mingle. Each Open House raises funds from sales proceeds for The Village for Families and Children. This agency provides a full range of behavioral health treatment for children and youth, foster care and adoption, and community support services for children and their families in the Greater Hartford region.
- Mike Mueller of Thomas Hooker Brewery helps guests sample from the Brite tank during a tour.
- Guests gather on the patio. The Open House is regularly attended by more than 200 people, allowing Thomas Hooker Brewery to make regular, significant contributions to The Village.
