The United States Bartenders’ Guild (USBG) Hartford chapter, in conjunction with Allan S. Goodman, welcomed Casa Noble Tequila’s Global Brand Ambassador David Yan Gonzalez to Elicit Brewing Co. on February 12. Chapter members and trade guests enjoyed a tasting and walk-through of the brand’s history and attributes as Yan Gonzalez led them through the education session. The Casa Noble Tequila Company started as a tequila producer in the late 1700s in the region of Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico. Made at the Cofradía distillery, 100% blue agave tequila is a CCOF certified organic tequila. Guests tasted four Casa Noble expressions: Crystal, Reposado, Añejo and Joven.
