Providence restaurant El Rancho Grande was the site for a Lunazul Tequila luncheon on August 26, 2014, featuring Master Distiller Francisco Quijano. Quijano is a noted tequila expert and ambassador with Tierra de Agaves, producers of Lunazul. He previously served as the president of the National Tequila Chamber of Producers, where he worked to promote authentic tequila values around the world, and also succeeded in getting the tequila fields of Jalisco designated a United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) World Heritage Site. Guests included United States Bartenders Guild chapter members and beverage professional guests. Lunazul is available in Rhode Island through M.S. Walker.
