Waypoint Spirits, which opened in July in Bloomfield, offers locally-made craft vodka, gin and rum. The new distillery was formed by partners John Taylor, David Rossi and Doug Bowie, and now offers Labrador Noon Vodka, Wintonbury Gin and Man Overboard Rum. The group plans to offer aged whiskey and bourbon in the future. The spirit line is now available through Brescome Barton.
