West Cork Distillers was showcased during a March tasting event at The Savory Grape in East Greenwich. Distributed in Rhode Island by M.S. Walker, the brand from Skibbereen, Ireland, was founded in 2003 and is one of the largest, wholly Irish-owned distilleries, offering its award-winning West Cork Bourbon Cask Irish Whiskey. Its Garnish Island Gin, a handcrafted small-batch gin, takes inspiration from the lush Italian gardens on West Cork’s Garnish Island and uses locally foraged botanicals.
