Connecticut Distributors, Inc. (CDI), in collaboration with West Hartford’s Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, hosted a whiskey-pairing dinner featuring WhistlePig Whiskey on Sept. 4. Guests enjoyed a six-course meal prepared by Fleming’s Chef Headley Wilson paired with craft cocktails mixed by the venue’s bar team. During the evening, guests tasted WhistlePig Double Malt 18 Year Straight Rye Whiskey, Small Batch Rye, PiggyBack Bourbon Whiskey, 15 Year Estate Oak Rye, PiggyBack Rye Whiskey and CampStock Wheat Whiskey. Produced at a farmhouse distillery in rural Vermont, WhistlePig Whiskey is the world’s most awarded rye whiskey.
