
George’s of Galilee in Narragansett, in collaboration with Mancini Beverage, hosted a pairing dinner featuring Sonoma County wines on Dec. 2. The evening showcased four of the California region’s producers: Hanna Winery Inc., MacRostie Winery, Belle Glos and Upshot Wines, with Kimberly Wells, Wine Trade Specialist, Mancini Beverage, on-site to present selections to guests. Henry O’Neal, Head Chef, George’s of Galilee, and his culinary team prepared an elegant four-course meal to highlight each wine selection. Guests enjoyed Hanna Sauvignon Blanc, MacRostie Chardonnay, Belle Glos Pinot Noir and Upshot California Red Blend throughout the evening. The George’s of Galilee mixology team also prepared a variety of seasonal craft cocktails featuring fine spirits.

- The Black Widow cocktail, featuring Empress 1908 Gin, Crème de Cassis, pomegranate juice, blackberries and lemon simple syrup, and the Smoked Fig & Thyme Old Fashioned, a blend of Knob Creek Bourbon, fig nectar, aromatic bitters and sugar in the raw cubes.
