The Owl Shop, a New Haven Landmark, has a long history as an institution that has grown beyond its current plush cigar lounge reputation. Opening in 1934, The Owl Shop began originally as a bookstore, evolved into to a world-renowned tobacco shop and is now also sought out for its music, food and cocktails.

• Couple dashes of Bitters
• 1/2 oz Lillet
• Shaken
• Served in a martini glass with an orange twist
