New wines from Angelini Wine, Ltd.: Il Borro Bolle di Borro 2015, Vita Vivet Cava Brut Métode Tradicional NV, Château Cap de Merle, Domaine des Fonds Fleurie 2020 and Domaine Jean Touzot Mâcon Villages 2020.

Centerbrook’s Angelini Wine, Ltd., welcomed several new wines to its distribution portfolio. A new yet very limited release, Il Borro Bolle di Borro 2015 is a certified organic sparkling rosé, ready for any holiday celebration. Its uniqueness is that it rests on its yeast for over 60 months, offering the elegance of Sangiovese; the perlage of Bolle is fine and persistent. Vita Vivet Cava Brut Métode Tradicional NV is made using a fine blend of Xarel-Lo, Macabeo and Parellada. The sparkling wine is accentuated with aromas of fresh grape, notes of ripe fruit and citrus, typical of aging in the bottle. Château Cap de Merle—a red blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon—is a Merlot-based Saint-Émilion wine of deeply saturated color and a full expression of generous and round, fresh, complex dark berry and black cherry fruit. Domaine des Fonds Fleurie 2020 delivers scents of sweet cherries, plums and red berry compote, followed by a medium- to full-bodied sweet and fleshy palate with good concentration, lively acids and powdery tannins. Domaine Jean Touzot Mâcon Villages 2020 is a 100% Chardonnay all-purpose white wine served best chilled but not cold, which features a lively bouquet of green apples and flowers and crisp, persistent, juicy green apple and melon fruit.
