Connecticut-Based Art of Pour Launches Craft Cocktail Line

By April 1, 2021Connecticut, Top News

Art of Pour Jalapeño Margarita, is shelf-ready in stackable bottles.

Ridgefield-based Art of Pour launched its namesake ready-to-drink, bottled cocktails. Founded by Alexander Brent, also of Ridgefield, the line uses stevia, or monk fruit, to lower the overall sugar content of its beverages. In doing so and by focusing on quality, the Art of Pour line of bottled cocktails has only four grams of sugar and 100 calories per serving. “We began as a mobile mixology company, serving cocktails at private events in Connecticut. When we began experimenting with stevia-based cocktails, the results were immediately noticeable. We kept hearing ‘you should bottle this’, and so we did,” said Brent. Art of Pour’s first release is Jalapeño Margarita, made with high-quality tequila. It will be followed by a Cosmopolitan and a Moscow Mule. Art of Pour Craft Cocktails developed its custom-packaged stackable bottles that work in various point-of-sale configurations where space efficiency is a premium. The brand is available in the state via Murphy Distributors.
