Baró in Fairfield hosted an in-depth sherry training in August for its staff, as well as for a group of local beverage professionals. The group then headed Tierra in Westport and was treated to the hospitality of its beverage director, Jo Randall, who also attended the seminar. Liquid Productions, a full service beverage education and consulting company, led the session.
