Brescome Barton Adds Mixology Manager in Newly Created Role

Brescome Barton announced the hiring of Lauren DeVaux in a newly created role: On Premise Development and Mixology Manager. DeVaux will cover the entire state from a mixological and educational standpoint, assisting Brescome Barton’s restaurant customers with cocktail list development and staff training. DeVaux has served in the past as bartender and bar manager, responsible for buying and the creation of the cocktail menu and wine list, as well as with Connecticut Distributors, Inc., in off-premise sales, covering the Waterbury to Danbury area. She will also focus on internal training geared toward selling to on-premise customers.
