Brescome Barton Announces New Effort with Connecticut Police Chiefs Association

Brescome Barton, Inc. and the Connecticut Police Chiefs Association partnered to develop and distribute identification guides to package stores throughout the state with the intent to “prevent or curtail underage drinking” by individuals who may be using counterfeit or “fake” IDs to purchase alcoholic beverages, the company recently announced. As part of its social responsibility efforts, Brescome Barton works in partnership with government agencies, community groups, individuals and other industry and trade partners to take a conscientious approach to the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Additionally, the company sponsors public service announcements related to alcohol related issues including underage drinking and underage sales of alcoholic beverages.
