Brescome Barton Celebrates Spring Sales Meeting

By May 3, 2022Connecticut, Top News

Brescome Barton hosted the launches of several new products and product lines at its North Haven headquarters on April 1 during its first on-site sales meeting in more than two years since the COVID-19 pandemic’s onset. The sales team celebrated the release of Château D’Esclans’ latest vintage from the Whispering Angel rosé line, Whispering Angel Rock Angel Rosé, with a tasting and brand education led by Bill Feeley, Market Manager – CT, Moët Hennessey, along with the relaunch of Château D’Esclans’ Whispering Angel The Beach. Formerly named Whispering Angel The Palm, The Beach is an entry-level rosé sourced from the south of France, made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes. Along with the new name, the rebrand is more environmentally friendly, with sustainable bottles made from lighter glass, recycled packaging and a partnership with the Surfrider Foundation, a non-profit focused on ocean preservation. Next, the sales team tasted several ready-to-drink offerings from Diageo brands, including the new Cîroc Vodka Spritz line, available in Watermelon Kiwi, Sunset Citrus, Pineapple Passion and Colada flavors, and Bulleit Crafted Cocktails in Manhattan Cocktail and Old Fashioned Cocktail varieties. Other brands
in the launch included Dickel Bourbon and Siete Misterios Doba-Yej Mezcal.
