Small State Great Beer, a Connecticut Craft Beer Festival featuring more than 30 Connecticut craft brewers, food trucks, live music and more. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the iQuilt Partnership, a nonprofit urban design plan.
The festival features multiple tasting sessions. Session One begins at 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Session Two is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The third-annual Small State Great Beer Fest will take place in downtown Hartford on September 15, 2018. Guests will have the opportunity to taste beer, cider and spirits from over 40 Connecticut breweries and distilleries. Live music will be provided by Bronze Radio Return. Food will be provided by a number of food trucks including Baba Ghanoush, Bear’s Restaurant Group, Chief Brody’s Banh Mi, Craftbird Food Truck, Hartford Baking Co., Iron & Grain Co., NoRA Cupcake Company, The Celiac Epicurean and The Whey Station. The Newport Mansions Wine & Food Festival Grand Tasting will take place on the Marble House lawn on Saturday, September 22, 2018. The annual Eat Drink RI Festival will conclude with a Grand Tasting in the Rotunda & Ballroom of the Rhode Island Convention Center on April 27.
The event will feature samples of over fifty locally produced brands of beer, wine & spirits, along with a variety of local food vendors. Guests will also have the opportunity to view and sample from all-new local food & drink presentations in three different areas of the venue.

The Sun Wine & Food Fest presented by MSC Cruise offers a showcase for suppliers, as guests sip and sample through endless vintages and signature dishes, showcases and tastings during a three-day affair across two spaces, Uncas Ballroom and the Earth Expo & Convention Center. A portion of proceeds will go to Channel 3 Kids Camp, who provide fun year-round opportunities to children of all abilities, families and communities through educational and recreational programs.
Sample over 1,000 varieties of wine, beer, and spirits during the Grand Tasting. Foodies can purchase signature dishes from some of the region’s most highly-rated restaurants and the main culinary stage features a day full of celebrity chef demonstrations. Then, taste the “best-of-the-best” vintages and get one-on-ones with the winemakers during Vintage Cru.
The 2022 Small State Great Beer Festival will take place at Trinity Health Stadium in Hartford on Sept. 24, 2022. Hosted by Hartford Prints! in collaboration with Hartford Athletic, the annual event is a showcase of beer, cider and spirits from more than 30 Connecticut-based suppliers. Guests will have the opportunity for unlimited tasting during two general admission sessions and a VIP session throughout the day, along with food from local food truck vendors and a backdrop of live music.
