Bottles of Onyx Moonshine infused with fresh Cape Cod cranberries were made available throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts in May. The hand-picked cranberries were grown at PJ’s Cranberries, a traditional cranberry bog located in East Sandwich, MA, one of only two Commonwealth Quality-certified bogs on Cape Cod, recognized for its safe and sustainable farming practices. Steeped for weeks in Onyx Moonshine, the cranberries were strained and blended down to 70 proof with Connecticut spring water before bottling. The limited release Onyx Moonshine Cape Cod Cranberry Infusion will be available for the spring and early summer, with only 1,000 cases released. It will not be available again until next spring.
