Guests of Newport’s award-winning Castle Hill Inn, a Relais & Châteaux property, enjoyed the resort’s summer Agave Roulette menu. A robust offering of customizable margarita variations, guests could choose from showcased tequila or mezcal to be crafted into a signature selection enjoyed at the venue’s picturesque formal dining room or on its expansive lawn overlooking Narragansett Bay. Custom cocktails included the Denim Venom, made with coconut, acai and orange; the Sage Paloma, made with charred sage and grapefruit; the Divide & Concord, made with organic grape, lime and agave; and Brimstone, blended with blood orange and jalapeño. Selected agave spirits brands were Lunazul, El Velo, Patrón Blanco or Reposado, Casamigos Blanco or Reposado, Tequila Ocho, Don Julio or Del Maguey Mezcal. The venue’s Our Margarita featured lime, lemon and Patrón Citrónge.
