Connecticut’s Charter Oak Brewing Co., located in historic Danbury, announced the transition of its beer distribution in the state to Craft Connecticut. Effective in February, Craft Connecticut began handling Charter Oak Brewing’s shipping, deliveries and invoicing for both draft and packaged beer. The move includes its core beers and all limited releases in the Legendary, Charter and Oak series. The brewery has both a commercial 20-barrel system and pilot five-barrel brewhouses, operating for more than 10,000 barrels of capacity with its own high-speed canning line, overseen by Scott Vallely, Owner and Brewmaster. The brewery’s flagship brands include 1687 Brown Ale, Royal Charter Pale Ale and Wadsworth IPA.
