Dos Equis Beer announced its new Cinco de Mayo marketing campaign, featuring national television advertisements, media partnerships, and national sweepstakes including an exclusive Fiesta Kit and a grand prize trip to Mexico and Cancun. Dos Equis is partnering with Drizly and Touchtunes for marketing promotion activity from March through Cinco de Mayo. A television spot and social media channels including Facebook and Instagram will also market Dos Equis to legal drinking age consumers.
Off-premise POS items will be available to “encourage shoppers to choose Dos Equis” for Cinco de Mayo celebrations. On-premise POS elements “will drive engagement and a partnership with Jose Cuervo will capitalize on joint tequila and beer occasions.” Andrew Katz, Vice President Marketing for Dos Equis. said ,”Our program this year is designed to engage our consumers and retail partners in the Cinco de Mayo experience on a more exciting and fulfilling level.”
