Foxwoods Resort Casino hosted its first Tacos & Tequila Festival on January 19, heating up winter with a Cinco de Mayo-themed showcase. Sponsored by Don Julio, Villa One, El Tesoro, 1800 Tequila and Jose Cuervo, tequila tastes from more than 20 suppliers were available for guests along with food from the taco bar. Entertainment during the afternoon tasting event included a live mariachi band, Cinco de Mayo-themed photo booths and rides on a mechanical bull.
