Rhode Island Brands Showcased at Sun Wine & Food Fest

Rhode Island-based brands showcased their tastes at the 17th annual Sun Wine & Food Fest at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut, during the weekend of January 24-26. Brands at the Grand Tasting included Revival Brewing Co. and Newport Craft Brewing + Distilling Co. The festival Grand Tastings, held both on Friday and Saturday in the casino’s Earth Expo & Convention Center, featured more than 1,000 brands of beer, wine and spirits, along with food from local restaurants and cooking demonstrations with celebrity chefs. Thousands attended the three-day festival, with a portion of proceeds benefiting Connecticut’s Channel 3 Kids Camp charity.
