Pavan Liqueur de France launched at a Slocum & Sons’ meeting on February 21, 2014. Pavan is a complex, delicate liqueur crafted with muscat grapes and orange blossoms from the renowned AOC (Appellation d’Origine Controlee) region of Frontignan. Named after the 16th-century Renaissance “dance of the peacock,” Pavan is often paired with vodka, gin, tequila, champagne and sparkling water, as well as used in sangria and other cocktails creations.
