Forty Creek Distillery Ltd.

Gruppo Campari reached an agreement to acquire 100% of Forty Creek Distillery Ltd., the producer of award-winning premium Canadian whiskies. Its flagship brand, Forty Creek Whisky, is the fastest growing brand in the Canadian whisky category, with the U.S. as a key market. Forty Creek was founded in 1992 by owner John Hall, who will remain chairman of the company and whisky maker at the distillery. The FCD brand portfolio includes whisky, vodka, brandy, rum and liqueurs, with Forty Creek Whisky as its core brand.
