Hartford Flavor Company’s Lelaneia Dubay spoke to a gathering of approximately 30 guests at the Avon Free Public Library on December 8, 2019. Dubay presented the history of Hartford Flavor Company and Wild Moon Liqueurs, a brand that she and her husband, Tom Dubay, co-founded in 2014. The Hartford-based company produces its all-natural, botanically flavored Wild Moon Liqueur flavors in Cucumber, Lavender, Rose, Chai and Birch, and recently launched a new series of flavors in a line called The Botanics in 7 Lemon, Sage, Sumac and Roasted Dandelion Root. Guests enjoyed the history of the brand, insight into how the team creates its unique, artisanal flavors and an opportunity to sample the liqueurs.
