
Wines from Josh Cellars were recently highlighted during The Connecticut Forum at the Bushnell Theater in Hartford on May 12. During the Chefs and the Art of Food event, celebrity chefs Tom Colicchio, Gabrielle Hamilton and Dave Chang shared their experiences in the restaurant business, along with their approaches to food and cuisine for guests. During the pre-forum dinner, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay from Josh Cellars, provided by Brescome Barton, was the featured wine offering. New York Times Food Editor Sam Sifton moderated the event, which was hosted by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.
