Kilbeggan Single Grain Offers Flavor Depth

The term “single grain” actually refers to whiskey made in a single location using malted barley and at least one other grain. Kilbeggan Single Grain is made of 94% corn plus 6% malted barley. Distilled at 86 proof, aged in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in both bourbon and fortified wine barrels, it possesses Irish whiskey’s signature versatility and smoothness, but with enough depth of flavor to be sipped neat.
