Debbie Lawrence , Sales Manager, Best Beverage

Debbie Lawrence joined Pawtucket-based distributor Best Beverage as Sales Manager. A San Francisco native and Rhode Island transplant, Lawrence’s love for food and travel led to her passion in wine. Prior to joining Best Beverage, she was the Wine and Spirits Buyer at a boutique wine shop in Barrington, after which she worked her first harvest for Joseph Phelps’ Freestone Vineyard in Sonoma Valley. She holds a WSET Level 2 distinction and is actively working toward her Level 3, with skills including forklift driving, Corepower Yoga sculpt teaching and scuba diving among them. Lawrence, who spent an extended time in Spain, also previously served as the lead sommelier at a wine shop in Barcelona, honing her knowledge on Spanish wines.
