Le Grand Verre offers French wine imports made by women-led producers and organic and sustainably farmed vineyards, now available in Connecticut from MD&S Distributors.

MD&S Distributors welcomed wines from Le Grand Verre (LGV), a new offering of women-led producers and organic and sustainably farmed vineyards. LGV offers French wines with a mission to showcase small winemakers and primarily female-led estates over commercial wineries. Each serving of Le Grand Verre, which translates to “The Big Glass,” offers a 6.3-oz. serving bottled in sustainable packaging made from recycled, double-coated PET for quality. Wine includes Château Peyredon 2019, 63% Cabernet Sauvignon and 37% Merlot; Domaine Nadal Hainaut Cabernet Sauvignon 2019; Château Haut Virecourt Merlot 2019; Domaine Caylus Merlot 2020; Domaine Prataviera Sauvignon Blanc 2020; Domaine des Trottières Chenin Blanc 2019 (off-dry); Domaine Caylus Chardonnay 2020; Château Laurou 2020, 60% Negrette, 30% Gamay and 10% Syraz; Domaine Caylus 2020, 60% Syraz and 40% Grenache; Les Trottières Roses 2019, 90% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon (off-dry); and Château Val d’Arenc 2020, 80% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache and 10% Cinsault. All are made with organic grapes.
