Beer lovers gathered for Mohegan Sun’s 11th annual Sun BrewFest in its Earth Expo & Convention Center on Oct. 26, with a special kickoff event, Seltzer Social, an evening brand showcase, on Oct. 25. Guests enjoyed pours of more than 100 beers in a variety of styles, including ales, lagers, sour ales, stouts, pilsners, Belgian-style ales, IPAs and seasonal IPAs, along with select seltzers, spirits and seasonal craft cocktails. Local restaurants sold a variety of food offerings to pair with guests’ favorite brews. Guests also competed in a cornhole tournament and a stein-hoisting competition with live music performed during the afternoon by dance band American Honey.
