Sippin Pretty RI is a fully licensed (RI Class P) mobile bar and drink cart service. Founded by Nichole Bonollo, the mobile bar offers creative and festive drink experiences across the state, with all of its Sippin Pretty staff members ServSafe or TIPS certified. The white drink cart caters parties and events of all sizes, working with each event or customer preference, from custom cocktails to classics, to serve up themed beverages. Bonollo began as a bartender more than two decades ago and has owned small businesses in the hospitality realm, leading her to eventually team up with friend and business partner Caitlin Carlia Weakley to create All in Fun Events. “No two events will ever be the same. We come to your home or private event space, set up the entire white bar cart and serve your guests in style. Weddings, showers, birthday parties, corporate events, kids’ parties, fundraisers and everything in between,” Bonollo said. “I’m still a part of all of fun; it’s still half mine, but I’m now in the process of opening our private event space in Cranston called The Elliotte on Park. Sippin Pretty will facilitate the beverage program there while continuing to bring the bar to guests off location.”

Cocktail: The Honey Bee

Ingredients:
» 2 oz. Velo Vodka
» 1 oz. fresh orange juice
» 1 oz. pomegranate juice
» 1 oz. honey simple syrup (equal parts water and honey)
» Garnish: orange wheel and fresh mint

The Honey Bee.

Method: In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vodka, juices and simple syrup. Shake vigorously until frothy. Pour the mixture into a glass and garnish with an orange wheel and fresh mint.
