Bisol1542 Jeio Prosecco Rosé DOC is a 2019 vintage Brut, effervescent and crisply mineral-forward at 11% ABV.

MS Walker of Rhode Island welcomed a new import from Wilson Daniels, Bisol1542 Jeio Prosecco Rosé DOC, in November. The wine, which is the first in the emerging Prosecco Rosé DOC category, is from Italian Prosecco brand Bisol1542, a family-owned winemaker with a history of cultivating grapes that goes back 500 years. Bisol1542 produces a range of manually farmed and internationally recognized Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG crus. In response to the popularity of sparkling and rosé wines, the Prosecco Rosé category was recently introduced to Italy’s Prosecco DOC Consortium. Bisol1542 Jeio Prosecco Rosé DOC is a blend of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir grapes and is fruit-forward on the nose with notes of rose, wild strawberry, lychee and lemon flowers.
