By March 9, 2020Connecticut, Top News

Murphy Distributors welcomed two new Italian imports to its state portfolio in February. OTTO, a premium liqueur made purely with Bergamotto from Calabria, offers an intense yet clear fragrance and unique citrus, bittersweet taste notes. With farm-to-bottle origins, the 30% ABV, 60-proof liqueur is crafted in small batches with no colorants, preservatives or artificial components. Villa Jovis Limoncello, made with Sorrento Protected Geographic Indication lemon, is imported to the U.S. for the first time in its 20 years. At 32% ABV and 64 proof, the limoncello is produced and bottled by hand in the peninsula of Sorrento, Italy, the birthplace of limoncello.
