Narragansett Beer releases Autocrat Coffee Milk Stout.

Narragansett Beer released Autocrat Coffee Milk Stout, a collaboration between two Rhode Island staples. The beer is a custom blend of Narragansett’s bittersweet milk stout with coffee extract from the famed Autocrat Coffee, the key ingredient in the Ocean State’s “beloved official drink,” coffee milk. Brewed under the supervision of award-winning Brewmaster Sean Larkin, Narragansett’s Autocrat Coffee Milk Stout provides a balance between bitterness and sweet notes of the malts and milk sugar. A party was held on October 4, 2014 to celebrate the release at James Beard Award-winning Olneyville New York System, home of the famous Rhode Island hot wiener, traditionally served with coffee milk.
