Latitude Beverage Company launched 90+ Cellars Lot 197 Prosecco Rosé, arriving just in time for spring rosé sales. With Italy’s Prosecco DOC Consortium approving the new Prosecco Rosé DOC mid-last year allowing for a small percentage of Pinot Noir to be added to Prosecco’s traditional composition of 100% Glera grapes, the 90+ Cellars offering highlights the Italian pink bubbly. The 90+ Cellars Extra Dry Prosecco Rosé brings forward notes of red currants, apple blossom and rose, followed by bright citrus and ripe strawberries on the palate. A secondary fermentation in steel tanks develops long-lasting bubbles that shape the wine’s signature effervescence for a light, refreshing warm-weather sipper. Lot 197 Prosecco Rosé joins 90+ Cellars’ growing selection of sparkling wines, including the brand’s bestselling Prosecco, Moscato d’Asti, Lambrusco and Reserve Prosecco Superiore. Available in Rhode Island from East Coast Beverage and in Connecticut via Latitude Beverage Co.
