Oak Haven Hosts St. Patrick’s Day Rare Irish Whiskey Dinner

New Haven’s Oak Haven Table & Bar celebrated St. Patrick’s Day on March 17 by hosting a rare whiskey dinner with a focus on Irish selections. Guests enjoyed a five-course meal prepared by Chef Kevin Wolcott of classic Irish fare with a twist, with hard-to-come-by whiskeys paired with each course. Throughout the evening, guests tasted Green Spot Chateau Montelena Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, Jameson 18 Year Old Limited Reserve Irish Whiskey, Bushmills 21 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey, Redbreast 21 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey and Midleton Very Rare Vintage Release 2019.
