Ocean Vodka, a USDA Organic and 100% gluten-free vodka distilled from organically farmed sugar cane, opened its new farm craft distillery for public tours in Kula, Maui. The opening of the facility by the Smith family for public tours and tastings on their 80-acre organic farm is “a dream come true” in support of the family’s mission: to create a superior, organic, value-added agricultural product from Hawaii that supports the local economy, competes globally on quality, operates with environmental responsibility and raises awareness for oceanic conservation. Not yet a year into its opening, more than five thousand people have visited the distillery.
