
Back Nine Tavern, located within the Southington Country Club in Southington, brought back its igloos on its patio overlooking the club’s golf course for the winter 2021-22 season with a featured menu of Patrón cocktails to accompany dining offerings. The igloos each seat parties of up to eight for lunch and dinner. Cocktails featuring Patrón Tequila were available throughout the season, including How Bout Them Apples, made with Patrón Añejo Tequila and hot apple cider; Holy Smokes, made with Patrón Silver Tequila, grapefruit juice and soda, garnished with a smoked sea salt rim; Perfect Patrón Margarita, featuring Patrón Silver Tequila, triple sec, lime juice and sour mix; Up to Snow Good, with Patrón Añejo Tequila, lemon juice, Re’al Peach and a splash of mezcal; and Cranberry Mule, with Grey Goose Vodka, ginger beer and a splash of cranberry.
