Pernod Ricard will move its U.S. headquarters to Manhattan in October.
The new property is at 250 Park Avenue, on the westerly block between 46th and 47th streets. The French company said the move reflected its growing investment in the U.S. market and space constraints in existing U.S. offices.
Pernod’s U.S. base is in the New York City suburb of Purchase, where about 150 employees will continue the company’s presence.
All employees at the company’s current Manhattan office on Park Avenue South will move to the new location.
