Guests at the Newport Winter Festival 2023 enjoyed the Polar Pineapples outdoor ice bar at Newport Harbor Island Resort during the weekend of Feb. 17-18. For the eighth year since the ice bar’s debut, visitors were offered craft cocktails and hot beverages while enjoying the views of Narragansett Bay and Newport Harbor. The event showcased beverage brands including Jameson Irish Whiskey, Frangelico and Antigal Uno Malbec. Guests enjoyed a variety of offerings served through the bar’s ice luge, including a Green Tea Shot, a blend of peach liqueur, Jameson Irish Whiskey and pineapple juice; red sangria featuring Jameson Irish Whiskey, Frangelico and cranberry juice, topped with Merlot; as well as chilled domestic beer offerings, including Bud Light and Miller Lite.
