By October 1, 2021Rhode Island, Top News

Among the many brews showcased at the 10th Annual Litchfield Hills Brewfest at Ski Sundown in New Hartford on Aug. 28 were two Rhode Island brands. Spotted were Narragansett Brewing Co. and Whalers Brewing Company, along with wine, spirits, cider, RTDs and hard seltzer brands. Festival goers enjoyed food while the Steve Dunn Band provided live music throughout the afternoon event, which benefited several Connecticut organizations, including St. Maron Church in Torrington; Brooker Memorial, a non-profit providing child care and early learning programs in the Torrington area; and STRIDE Adaptive Sports, a non-profit giving sports and recreation education to people with disabilities, focusing on youth and wounded warriors.
