Cocktail: Flaming Heart
- 1.5 oz Mezcal Meteoro
- 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. house ancho chili pepper simple syrup
Shake. Pour over iceberg cube in rocks glass rimmed with smoked salt and chili pepper.
“The cocktail is sweet and spicy up front with a smoky finish,” said Manager Andrew Fiorini.
