In the heart of Bristol’s historic district, Aidan’s offers mostly traditional Irish drinks and beers, along with good old-fashioned pub food like hand-cut pub fries and fish ‘n chips.
Bartender: Jessi Blinkhorn
Drink: Irish Pumpkin
Recipe: Start with half a shot of Molly’s Pumpkin Cream; half a shot of Jameson’s Irish Whisky; top with hot coffee. Add a whipped cream topping, drizzle with caramel.
“It’s delicious,” said Blinkhorn. “It’s very sweet. Like a latte or like sweet pumpkin coffee.”
