
Slocum & Sons hosted a Fall Bourbon Dinner at Guilford Mooring in Guilford on October 29. Guests enjoyed a four-course dinner prepared by Guilford Mooring Executive Chef Anthony Pellegrini and the Guilford Mooring kitchen team, along with cocktails paired with each course prepared by the Guilford Mooring bar team. Four bourbons from the Slocum & Sons portfolio were highlighted during the dinner, including Corsair Small Batch Triple Smoke American Malt Whiskey, Taconic Distillery Double Barrel Maple Bourbon, Old Elk Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey and Savage & Cooke The Burning Chair Bourbon. Dave Brause, “The Wine Guy,” Slocum & Sons, hosted the dinner and discussed featured whiskies and bourbons with guests.
