Slocum & Sons welcomed a new California appellation to its portfolio, Cooper & Thief Bourbon-Barreled Red Wine Blend. The sales team gathered for an educational tasting and presentation on September 6 at Herd Restaurant in Middletown. The red wine blend is made up of Merlot, Syrah, Zinfandel, Petite Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and other red varietals aged in ex-bourbon barrels, crafted by Cellar Master Jeff Kasavan. Cooper & Thief, from Constellation Brands, is now available in the state via Slocum & Sons.
