Among vendors at the eighth Annual Greenwich Restaurant Week’s Opening Night hosted by Greenwich Magazine, was SoNo1420 American Craft Distillers, who served up award-winning, Connecticut-made Blaze Cinnamon Whisky. At 33% ABV, the cinnamon-flavored whisky is handcrafted in small batches and “blasted” with all-natural cinnamon sticks. The team also showcased its new Threesomes cocktails, available in Margarita, Cosmopolitan and Espresso Martini. The three ingredients for each are packaged together in a branded wrap; the consumer simply opens each top to pour in unison. SoNo 1420 American Craft Distillers’ line of whiskies, gins, vodkas and ready-to-drink cocktails is self-distributed in the state.
