
South Kingston’s Sons of Liberty Spirits hosted a taste test event prior to the release of its first-ever gin. On April 15, 2015, guests visited the Sons of Liberty distillery for an “Exclusive Gin Night,” where they tasted three different samples of gin distilled on-site, to gather opinions before finalizing its maiden gin recipe. Sons of Liberty Owner, Mike Reppucci, discussed the gin, the origin of the product and the unique characteristics of each sample. Feedback from the many palates in the room will help shape the final product and prepare it for distribution.
