Southbury Restaurant Week, which took place Feb. 4-11, saw more than 20 restaurants participating with special menus, discounts and more dining perks for foodies and restaurant guests. Organized by the Town of Southbury as part of its yearlong events and activities programming to celebrate the town’s 350th anniversary, the event also showcased cocktails made with spirits from event sponsor Litchfield Distillery. David Baker, Co-founder, Litchfield Distillery, and Brand Ambassadors Jacqui Hornish and Douglas Maloney were on-site at some of the week’s participating restaurants to serve tastes of Litchfield Distillery spirits, including Litchfield Distillery Port Cask Bourbon; Litchfield Distillery Batchers’ Flavored Vodka in Orange, Apple and Peach; and Litchfield Distillery Small-Batch Cocktails. Guests enjoyed a variety of cocktails during the week featuring Litchfield Distillery spirits.
