The Spiced Pear Restaurant at The Chanler at Cliff Walk hosted a tasting series event called “Sparkling Wines of Moët Hennessy” on December 3. Megan Libby, Director of Brand Education for Möet Hennessy, led the tasting, which featured six sparkling wines, paired with five seafood-focused courses and a final dessert course prepared by The Spiced Pear Executive Chef Thomas Duffy.Featured wines included 2008 Möet Grand Vintage, N/V Möet & Chandon Imperial Rosé, 2008 Moet Rosé, N/V Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, 2006 Clicquot La Grande Dame and M/V Krug.
