Stamford’s Harbor Point Wines & Spirits hosted a fundraising event in support of the charitable Bar Dog Wine brand on April 21. Representatives from Bar Dog Wine were on-site in the Bar Dog branded car outside Harbor Point on Washington Boulevard, with Harbor Point Owner Terry Rogers hosting the event. Guests turned out in support of the cause, purchasing bottles of Bar Dog Wine and bringing their own furry friends to the shop for photo opportunities. More support was garnered for the brand through posting pictures of pups with a bottle of Bar Dog Wine on Instagram and tagging the brand. Bar Dog wines helps to support animal rescue shelters across North America in partnership with the Petfinder Foundation. Funds raised by the Bar Dog brand help provide food, supplies and veterinary care to dogs awaiting adoption through grants awarded by the Petfinder Foundation. Distributed in the state by Eder Bros, Inc., the California-based Bar Dog line offers a Red Blend, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sparkling, an American version of Champagne.
