Strega Milford and Angelini Wine Ltd., collaborated to present a Tuscan-themed Il Borro winery dinner with Julius Angelini, Owner, Angelini Wine Ltd., presenting the award-winning Il Borro Estate Certified Organic Italian wine line on March 27. The pairing menu created by Strega Owner Danilo Mongillo and team was paired with Il Borro Bolle di Borro Metodo Classico Brut Rosé, Lamelle Chardonnay 2021, Rosé del Borro Sangiovese Rosé, Sangiovese Toscana Polissena, Pian di Nova Toscana and Vin Santo del Chianti Occhio di Pernice. Hailing from the Tuscan region in the heart of the Valdarno, Il Borro has been crafting its 100% organic wine with respect for the land and nature since 1995. The winery and hotel, housed among a 13th-century estate, is owned by the Ferragamo family, notable for its iconic shoe empire. Native vines include Sangiovese cultivated with the international vines such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
